Where can i buy snowball syrup

We are opening soon so have began the task of searching for vendors to fulfill our needs. Much to our surprise this has been a daunting task. I have searched for hours on the internet, just to find a company that could supply snoball supplies at a reasonable price and did find many with one exception, shipping! A Shaved Ice Flower Cup is a plastic or biodegradable cup that is used to serve snow cones and other shaved ice deserts.

The rim of the cup is shaped somewhat like a flower. The body is tapered and it has a flat bottom. It comes in various sizes and colors. The biodegradable flower is clear. Amazingly, Flower Cups hit the ground running, so to speak and has shown no sign of slowing down. Why has the Flower Cup become so popular, so fast? Soda Mix for making carbonated drinks at home is the latest American Craze.

Americans love convenience and so do most human beings. With the relatively new Soda Stream machine, anyone one can produce carbonated sodas at home at an affordable price and in almost any flavor imaginable. It would be a simple choice if all soda mix flavors were created equal but that is hardly ever the case with anything. In side-by-side tastes tests the taste of our flavors were rated superior!

A snow cone is a dessert item usually made of compacted shaved ice flavored with a brightly colored sugary syrup, usually fruit-flavored. Some are served with a spoon, and some are meant to be eaten with the hands like an ice cream cone. Bert was a fixture at the State Fair, selling his snow cones there and selling his machines world-wide until his death in Because of this association with the theater, snowballs were thought of as an upper-class commodity.

Signs in theaters instructing patrons to finish their snowballs before coming in to the second act are the earliest tangible evidence of snowballs. In the theaters in Baltimore during the time hand shavers were used to shave the ice. In the s, many people started to invent easier ways for snowballs to be made. In that decade, six patents for electric ice shavers were filed. Most helpful positive review sahm2nick. Rating: 4 stars. We cut down on the sugar and increased the water so they were equal parts of 1.

This really kicked up the flavor, so when you pour it over your snowcone it doesn't taste "watered down". Thanks for the recipe - I'm now the most popular Mom on our street!

This is the recipie they all use. Also you can use this for Italian soda. Just add a shot glass of the syrup to soda water and cream. Also if you want a vanilla or amaretto flavor omit the koolaide and add extract according to strength.

This is so good!! I will never buy snow cone syrup again. This recipe is simple, fast, and tastes perfect. Plus it's really cheap! So do our 4 kids! This is going to be made weekly in my house! It's super easy and is inexpensive so having a bunch of flavors on hand is doable!

If you need to cool it off fast stick it in the freezer. SO I used a teaspoon 1 dram of LorAnn candy flavoring oil, and voila!! Apple Jacks. This syrup is fabulously sweet, and just as nutritionally worthless as all of my other favorite childhood treats!

I added my Kool Aid a little early which worked out well because it was a little lumpy, so the heat took care of that. About how many snow cones do you get out of a single recipe? Hey Missy! You could easily probably get if your snowcones are smaller. Great questions Dana! You could substitute the sugar for stevia for a healthier version or just use less sugar for a less sweet flavor.

I do have a lemon berry slush that uses strawberries and lemons instead of the kool-aid. I made up 4 double batches today for a snow cone party for my girls sports team. I used an empty 16oz water bottle and carefully poked a hole in the cap used an awl. The hole was perfect for dispensing the syrup. To avoid spillage during transport, I put a double layer of plastic wrap over the bottle opening before putting on the cap.

Worked like a charm! That is a great idea Mandy! I love it!! Thanks for the great idea! I shook it up last weekend and it worked great! Just make sure to keep it refrigerated. If purchasing a canister of koolaid instead of packets hard to find on our stores how much would you use? Any idea?!?

I would use tsp out of the canister. Probably start with one and then taste, if you need add more. The honey might change the consistency of the syrup though.

I made these with strawberry lemonade and cherry and it worked perfectly! Thank you for the recipe!! It saved us when smart and final had only grape left!
