Manny also worked seamlessly with our venue coordinator and our dessert vendor. He and his staff went above and beyond to set-out decorations on the tables, provide my husband and I with service for food and drinks during the reception, and even helped to tactfully correct a few mistakes by the other vendors.
They say you don't actually get to eat the food at your own wedding day-of, but thanks to Manny and his staff we ate and drank well that night.

He was extremely accommodating by answering our many questions in a timely manner and took care of everything for us, including rentals, staff, food and beverage.
When planning the menu, he helped accommodate our guests' various dietary restrictions. For our dinner, we opted to have Tamale Spaceship serve out of their food truck, which was a really fun and unique experience for our guests. The staff did an excellent job passing hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, refilling drinks, and clearing plates throughout the evening.
Manny was on site to make sure everything went smoothly, and it did!
