How does professional regurgitator do it

Leave a comment. As he turned towards the stage, his two hands come together as he locks another lock around her ring. He hides this in his hand as he presents her ring to the audience back at the table.

At this point, the trick is already done and the lock and key he gives to Amanda is strictly theatrics. He did what any good magician does, and that is slight of hand.

The fact that the objects come up dry, in my opinion, does not help one believe they are actually coming from his stomach unfortunately. Please show me which video he actually speaks words and has a large object in his mouth. Sure, he makes noise, but speaking would certainly give away an airway obstruction. How do you explain the one where he swallows gas.

Talks for a bit, then breathes fire about five minutes later? He did this one live at my Su bar. They use something similar to lighter fluid. A much less impossible feat with liquid — and a much more impressive misdirection! They use a liquid similar to lighter fluid. You guys are so dumb! He studied under Dumbledor, you know. You can store or hide objects behind your tongue at the epiglottis and you can easily put it out.

I tried that with large fruit seeds. For the coins, maybe there is a special pouch at his upper palate so that he can easily manage small objects with his tongue. Great deduction, Holmes! How then, did he keep a cup of sugar and a glass of water in his mouth, then regurgitate the DRY sugar? Of course, how did he do that if it WAS in his stomach?

Some folks make a case for explaining the secret of how the Regurgitator does the trick, but he is still a great […]. I think! However, a gastro-intestinal surgeon watched it and said that there was any explanation on all he does it. So who knows? It kinda grosses me out. If you watched the original video he said he can bring up the key while the bulb is in the way. If you actually watch the video you would have seen him say that. But hey, good job with your detective work there.

But nice try…. You are commenting using your WordPress. You are commenting using your Google account. You are commenting using your Twitter account. You are commenting using your Facebook account. He's just very good at talking normally afterwards and also keeping it in there without it bulging. Great trick though. It's not that fabulous. This guy may have "discovered" he could get his money back - but I'm guessing it was only when he was older that he started doing weird things on purpose.

Big Gary: I also heard that Houdini hid a a block of metal in his straightjacket to break locks open when he did the "hanging-upsidedown-in-a-locked-straightjacket" trick. Or something like that. Greetings, I can shed some light on the subject Starr is a "Regurgitater" or what is know in the sideshow world as a "Human Ostrich" I wont say that he doesn't use any sleight of hand or that some of his stunts aren't gaffed, but regurgitation is a ligament skill The things that can be done with the human body through intense training is sometime unbelievable, but nonetheless real I think the cube could be easily solved by having the colours change with pH.

Like in the case of any normal ph indicators. Since the stomach is acidic in nature, it could be plausable answer. Even the sugar could be another chemical composition that doesn't dissolve in water. Goldfish have remarkable capabilities of staying alive; some can live a whole winter under ice and no oxygen, and even remain in very acidic conditions. The guy is only remarkably good at swallowing and regurgitating things.

In theory everyone can do it if you train urself in taking over the sub-concious part of the brain that control stomach muscles. Some mammals have the capability of doing that Cheers :coolsmirk:. I bet he gives great head. Watch the billiard ball come up very carefully. I had to watch it a few times. Then he drops the fake one into his hand, switches it for the real one, puts the real one on the plate, and grabs the napkin fake one in hand , and leaves the fake one near where he took the napkin.

The under the tounge pouch does not fit, because when seeing him in person we swallows all the smoke from a cigarette, then bring it up anytime he wants by blowing it into bubbles using dish soap. You cant store smoke under your tounge. Posted by weinis on Mon Feb 27, at AM. The sugar thing is probably water proof sand. I saw this guy at a college pub a number of years ago. I sat front row centre and he was more than convincing. A couple of his tricks not mentioned include swallowing a locked paddlock, swallowing the key on a ring, unlocking the lock and re-locking it with the clasp through the key ring.

He also swallowed coins and brought them up in the order the audience requested. He then swallowed butane and a couple minutes after doing a few more tricks, he brought the fuel up and spat it through a lighter.

His show is a riot. I wouldn't hesitate paying the price of admission to see him again. Nice try with the explanations, but this guy is legit. I talked with him after his show once. He swallowed a guy's cell phone, someone called it. We heard it ring and felt it buzz in his stomach. Then he brought it back up bone dry. That made me believe that everything we saw in the show was for real BTW Alex, I used to work with developmentally disabled people and there is a common behavior among many to compulsively swallow items not regurgitating them back up.

It is called Pica. One woman would swallow any string she could find. It is was very common for some to eat cigarette butts they found, as they saw people bringing them to their mouths on a regular basis. One guy swallowed a tack. Sadly, he died from it. I saw far grosser things than that, but thought I'd let you know it is a legit and varied condition. Posted by thecrwth on Mon Mar 13, at AM.

An entire cig worth of smoke that disappeared while we watched him smoke it, without using his hands. Which he then blew into a bubble. He did the rubick's cube trick, but I guess that could've bene staged.
